How to apply for a Pag-IBIG Calamity loan online 2020?

Pag-IBIG has approved the online filing of loans, including Calamity Online, as part of the enhanced community quarantine due to COVID-19.

Any Pag-IBIG member can benefit from the Pag-IBIG Fund’s Disaster Loan Program, which “seeks to provide immediate financial assistance to affected members in disaster areas”.

The Philippines was placed in a state of calamity by President Rodrigo Duterte on March 17th.

According to Proclamation 929, the state of calamity will last six months, unless lifted or extended earlier by the President.

Who can apply for a Pag-IBIG Fund Calamity loan?

  • must be a dues-paying member residing in an area declared by the office of the president of the local Sanggunian to be in a state of calamity
  • have at least twenty-four (24) monthly membership savings (MS) and sufficient proof of income to qualify
  • If you already have a Home Loan, MPL and / or Pag-IBIG Fund Calamity Loan, your payments must be updated in order for you to be eligible.

2. Save the completed form as a PDF file

3. Email the PDF file to your company HR, authorized company representative or fund coordinator along with (1) valid ID and front and back images of your Loyalty Plus card. , or Landbank, UCPB or DBP payment card.

Company human resources, authorized representative or fund coordinator will email the following to the designated Pag-IBIG fund email address for your region:

What are the conditions for a Calamité loan application?

• Completely completed application form
• Confirmation from the employer of the STL application completed with your name
• 1 valid ID
• Front and back images of your loyalty card Plus, or your Landbank, UCPB or DBP payment card.

First-time borrowers without Loyalty Card Plus, Landbank or DBP Cashcard will be advised on how best to receive their loan proceeds.

How much can you borrow?

  • Qualified applicants can borrow up to 80% of their total Pag-IBIG regular savings
  • It consists of their monthly contributions, their employer’s contributions and accumulated dividends earned.
  • If you have an outstanding multipurpose loan and / or disaster loan, the loan amount you will receive is “the difference between the 80% of your total Pag-IBIG regular savings and the outstanding balance on your loan (s). (s). “

What is the application deadline?

  • Within 90 days of the declaration of the state of calamity

How long is the processing time for the application after submission?

  • The goal is 3 to 7 working days from receipt of the request until the release of the proceeds of the calamity loan according to Pag-IBIG Vice-President Kalin Franco-Garcia

How do you pay and what is the interest rate?

  • The loan is repayable within 24 months and comes with the initial payment due on the 3rd month after the loan is released.

How will I know if my loan has been approved?

Pag-IBIG stated that “the member would receive a text message confirming the loan approval and credit to the Loyalty Plus, LandBank or DBP Cashcard”.
